An unprecedented 13 teams are set to embark on a 23,800-mile adventure around the world in the 35th season of Emmy Award-winning reality series "The Amazing Race."
The series features teams of two who compete on a quest to win a $1 million grand prize.
"At every destination, each team must compete in a series of challenges, some mental and some physical, and only when the tasks are completed will they learn of their next location," the show's synopsis reads.
Teams will be eliminated as the season progresses, with the first team to arrive at the final destination winning the prize money.
Season 35 will see the return of commercial travel and will bring back no non-elimination legs, the Express Pass and a twist on the U-turn, according to CBS.
